Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to students and franchise partners of EDUCOMTECH Institute Pvt Ltd.

1. Course Fees Refund

• Course fees are non-refundable once admission is confirmed.

• No refund will be provided after the course has started under any circumstances.

2. Online Payments

• Successful online payments are non-refundable.

• In case of payment failure or duplicate transaction, the amount may be refunded within 5–7 working days after verification.

3. Franchise Fees

• Franchise registration and setup fees are non-refundable.

• No cancellation will be accepted after signing the franchise agreement.

4. Technical Issues

• If any excess amount is charged due to a technical error, it will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
